- When you write a note and Kaleido analyzes it — mapping subjects, standards, and connections — that's an AI entry. Manual entries (just text/photos without analysis) are always unlimited on every plan.
- Can I switch between children?
- Yes. Each child has their own profile with separate entries, threads, and portfolio. On the Free plan you get one profile; Pro gives you unlimited profiles for your whole family.
- What standards does Kaleido support?
- Kaleido maps entries to NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) and Common Core standards. We're adding more frameworks over time based on what families need.
- Can I export my data?
- Pro users can export a full PDF report with every entry organized by subject and mapped to standards. Perfect for portfolio reviews, umbrella schools, or year-end documentation.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Your entries are private by default. The public portfolio feature is opt-in — you choose exactly which entries to share and which stay private. We never sell your data.
